How do I order a product from spt.com
Can I order the product
without creating an account?
1) Find the product you want to purchase online in " Shop Online" page.
2) Add the product to your cart and click buy now from there.
3) Enter all the details in the account details.
4) Select the payment type and enter the card details to pay for the product. We have also manual payment.( But no installment payments).
5) You will receive an email as soon as you place the order.
6) Product will be shipped to you.
Yes you can place a product without creating an account. You only need to enter card detail and shipping address. All the details are secured and we have more security in-built for it. Card payments are only accessed with your bank host not by our website.
Can I order products offline?
Yes you can place. There are many ways to place the order as follows
Look for the product in "Car Park Accessories. Click for the request for quote button. Fill in the details like Name/ MCST name/ Contact number/ Reference number of the product. You will receive an email about the product price and our associated staff will deliver the product to your place.
Simply call our hotline number and ask for the product details. Or if you wish for the product in the website, tell us the reference number of the product and our associated staff will deliver the product. Payment can be offline like manual payment/ cheque/ card transfer/ online bank transfer.

Can I order or look for any other products other than road safety accessories?
Yes. We are installing Car park system like Semi-EPS, Full-EPS, License plate Recognition System, CCTV Installation , Access Control System, Bicycle Rack Installation and more. Please check "Our Services" and "More Services" Page for more information.
Shall I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order. By now, we don't have any option to cancel order in website. Please call our hotline number to cancel the order. Please mention the order number that you have received in email. If you wish to cancel the order, need to cancel within 24 hours of order placed for both manual and online payment. After the order cancelled, you will receive the email and then the money is returned via cheque.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Can I book a preferred delivery time?
No, we cannot have that option right now. Only for offline purchase you can inform the delivery time. Our associate person will deliver.
Do I need to show my ID/ tracking order email?
It is not mandatory but it is safe to keep the ID or tracking order email in case if the delivery associate want to verify.
Can someone else receive my order on behalf of me?
Yes, for both offline and online purchase it is possible for someone to receive your order.
Is tracking is possible in offline
Tracking details cannot be checked until you call our hotline number and inform your details.
